The majority of our hardwood flooring is sourced from Germany. German Oak is considered to be the finest of all oak hardwoods where the oak is grown naturally and felled correctly coupled with the unique chemical content in the soil means the wood displays this beautiful classic grain structure.I have just updated to Version 3.8.7 which has fixed the problem for now.

Edward James are different in that we are one a of a few companies who import their own wood from the sawmills in Europe, Indonesia and China.
We then warehouse all our products including ALL our unfinished wood stock in England
We then take all our unfinished stock to our own finishing factory in north London.
All our flooring is finished by hand to order using our own unique blend of hardwax oils by our experienced craftsmen in our special finishing facility in North London.

Edward James are completely unique in that we provide totally bespoke hand oiled flooring to individual orders at unbeatable prices.
We believe that a trully unique hand wax bespoke floor doesn’t have to cost the earth.
